This is a recording from a show in the shed.

BOXES, who moves more than he would like, is the work of Jeff McMillian, a Lansing to Milwaukee transplant. Features of his live performance include tape looping, like actually cutting the cassette and reel to reel tape to size during the performance and placing it around one of his rotating things that play tape, old records, big shaman drum, and re-purposed muffler freshly waxed and played as a didgeridoo. The textures, tones, and arrangement are compelling and though he played for a long time I feel I could have continued listening to the music forever.
